We recommend use of our PPE Kit when operating this tool
Entry level electric planer with a maximum cut depth of 1.5mm and maximum cutting width of 82mm.
It is strongly recommended that a number of light cuts, say 0.5mm or less, are taken rather than trying to take off the maximum cut in one pass. This will allow much more control over the cut, resulting in a better finish and a more accurate job.
Ensure the chip collection bag is used, as the machine produces a large quantity of shavings!
Make sure the cutter head has come to a complete stop before putting the tool down, to avoid damage to your work or work bench.
The carbide blade is very sharp, so keep fingers away from it even when switched off! Keep fingers well clear of the cutter head whilst using the machine.
Keep children and pets well away from the work area whilst the machine is in use.
Return the depth adjuster to the "P" or "Park" position when the tool is not in use.
Please empty the chip collection bag before returning.
